Autumn Term

In PE, we have been practising moving in different ways. We have also been developing our balancing skills.
For European Languages day, we focused on the country France and learnt some of the French language. We looked at famous landmarks and had a go at drawing the Eiffel Tower. We created flags and even tasted pain au chocolat!
We have been using rekenreks in maths to help us find number bonds to 10 and 20!
We have been learning about e-safety in computing and thinking about how to stay safe online. We discussed why it was important to think carefully about what we post online and why we should not share personal information.
Parents Poetry Session
In our forest school session we worked collaboratively to make some art out of the colourful leaves that had fallen from our trees.
In English, we have been learning about instructions and identifying features. We followed a set of instructions to make a jam sandwich.
